Purchased the expedition jan. of 09. The heated seats in the front were not working. Took it back to the dealership. The seats worked for a while - week or two - then would stop working again. Did this back and forth business with the dealership until the warranty ran out then I refused to pay to have the seats worked on any more because I would have to pay for it out of my pocket. The heating and cooling of the seats still do not work. I was told it would cost quite a bit per seat to fix. Well, if they can fix it now why couldn't they fix it when it was under warranty?
