I can not begin to describe how disappointed I am with the response from Ford. "Something must have occurred with out your knowledge"! No wrecks, no airbag deployed and I can't find the number of times the gearshifter has broken by placing the car in reverse. My wife is the original owner and pampers this vehicle. Now it looks like it's off to the junkyard because I sure as hell am not giving Ford $1,900 for a new steering column.
