At any speed (highway, city), if there is some cross wind going from driver's side to passenger side, the passenger side window (front only) seems to be "pulled" a little by the wind, causing excessive noise.
If you're driving down the road on a windy day, you can push any side window (that opens) a little with your hand, and nothing happens. But if you push the front passenger window, it will actually separate from the door frame and let air in/out causing a lot of noise.
There is a huge gap between the door frame and car frame on that door, which leads me to believe its probably mis-aligned or something. The dealership could not recreate the problem so didn't know what to fix.
