This also goes along with my other complaints of 1, hot air blowing at full blast and 2, loud ticking noise. These mentioned problems caused my control head (the controls you push to make the A/C unit turn on, change tem, etc). to go bad. You couldn't make anything happen when you pushed the buttons. The dealer was hoping (so they say) that by replacing the solenoid assembly, my control unit would start working again. Of course it didn't and they had to replace it.
