This is a known problem of Fords, and they will not cover it, even though it could cost a life. The seatbelt will disengage on its own. You can grab it, pull on the belt, and it will be securely locked in. 10 miles down the road, or any random time, it will just disengage. It can happen 1 time during a trip, or 10. It is purely random.
