This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Driver's side window adjacent to third seat (cargo area) of 2000 Ford Expedition shattered for no apparent reason; window was open for ventilation per design (tempered glass window pivots open about 3" via electric actuator). Speed was 65 mph under calm conditions, smooth road surface. I initially believed I had suffered a complete left/rear tire failure as there was a very loud "bang" and a large amount of debris hurled into adjacent traffic lane. Approximately 1/4 of the volume of shattered glass was hurled into the passenger compartment, primarily in the third row. Fortunately I was alone in the vehicle; anyone in third row would have, at a minimum, suffered lacerations and likely eye injury.
