the seat belt didn't retract and the door was slammed against it, not knowing put the seatbelt inside the truck and closed the door. afterwards the door would not open from the outside or inside. had to force the door open upon inspecting the lock found that the belt chipped away a plastic coating which is covering the latching mechanism. removed the chipped pieces and the door works fine again
