My husband and 15 year old son were on their way home when the air suspension system automatically failed giving them no warning whatsoever!!!!. The back end rammed into the tires. The vehicle instantly tilted from side to side causing my husband to loose control. In an instant the two of them were thrown into a tree. The vehicle was a total loss. By the grace of God they were not killed. My husband now has back problems and my son was burned by the air bags. He is afraid of getting in the car now. Something needs to be done about this. I'm sure there have been fatalities concerning this matter.

I had no idea what the hell was going on with this car but on the way to family for Easter the ride got very rough and when we arrived the ass end looked like it was sitting on the ground and my wife jello mold in the back (well let's say it wasn't very molded any more after that bumpy ride) she was fit to shoot someone well I'll have to put it in the shop this week and see what happens I pray to God I'm not begin a horror story.

1999 Expedition has been a pretty good car. I bought it in 2002 with 36000 miles on it. Now it has 108K on it and the ass end just dropped down. What the hell?

The hydraulic compressor continuously runs. I have requested the dealership repair the problem; however, they claim not to know what the issue was. I took my vehicle in for the same complaint at least 6 times within a 1 year timeframe and to no avail. Now I have to pay at least $2000 to have the hydraulic compressor repair because the vehicle will no longer raise up on the hydraulics.
