Ford recommends spark plug change at about 100000 miles. The issue is a defective design of the aluminum cylinder head only having a few turns of thread to hold in a spark plug under compression.

Dealership says oil leak due to engine block being mis-cast. Dealership recommends new engine to fix the problem. Heads could be replaced but problem would reoccur again.
