We bought the truck in December of 07 one week later we left Las Vegas to go to Summerville Oregon, where there was quite a bit of snow for 90 % of the trip..no heat we stopped thinking that the thermostat stuck however we were told it was the blend door, we had no heat for the entire trip needless to say we froze our butts off! We went to a local shop here in Las Vegas and they wanted 1000.00 to fix it of course we did not have that kind of money just laying around so we just dealt with it in the winter. When the summer came around the AC worked fine, we never had it fixed. The mechanic said this is a common problem with the Fords....good luck with yours....we traded ours back to the dealer that we bought it from to begin with...once again its his problem!
