ABS braking system intermittently engages while driving, resulting in vehicle not being able to stop. Dealer has been contacted. No results, dealer couldn't find any problem, replaced wheel sensor, no result as well. It happens while loe speed driving only.this is a daily routine.

To fully engage the brake, the consumer has to press it below the level of the accelerator, if consumers foot is partially hanging over the accelerator would become engaged before the brake was fully engaged, dealer said vehicle met factory specs. Nlm

The relationship of the brake & accelerator is unsafe. When the brake is engaged, it is below the level of the accelerator. In an emeregency stop, it is possible to fully engage the brake, and with your foot partially overhanging to accidently engage the accelerator. This is a design problem with all Expedition, and Ford has been unwilling to correct it.
