For a fairly new car with 32kmp in odo and freq maintenance this still happens despite using class A diesel from reputable petrol station. Accident is prone to happen if this is not addressed. Prob is you will only know this when your car stalled/stopped in the middle of a highway or road. Reading from Ford Forums it seems this is a known problem and issue but Ford is not doing enough to prevent this during maintenance period.
