positive cable needs replaced
Ford does not have the part that we need in order to fix our vehicle... at first they told us it was going to take 2 weeks to get the part which was annoying but we couldve worked through it... Now they are telling us that the part wont be available for over 2 MONTHS!
My husband works and goes to college. We have 2 children in elementary school and an infant if there were an emergency we'd have to wait till help came to us (we live 30 minutes out of town) because we only have the one vehicle that cant run without the poistive cable replaced and it wont be available until the end of november and ford wont give us a rental. I cant afford a rental and still pay the payments on my escape. This is insanity and stupidity
