I appreciate the fact i was able to confirm through this site that 'yes' my back window exploded... It was about 31 degrees i had a 45 min commute i had the defrost on when i left home. I pulled in the parking lot driving about 5 mph and my back window exploded inside and out! My window is heated and the wiper is attached to window. . The Body Shop said all he could see was there seemed to be some build up of dirt behind the weatherstrip but other than that he had no idea either! I would be interested in filing a complaint to Ford if you'all have any links to follow or suggestions im sure others would be interested also..
