The rear window of my 2005 Ford Escape hybrid shattered for no apparent reason while I was driving it this morning. I was traveling on a paved road doing approximately 70 kms/hour. I did not hit anything nor were temperatures extreme. The sound was like a rifle going off and glass shattered everywhere.
