I brought the ford hybrid 2005 in yr. 2010 never had any problems until now. It's a good driving truck but when I heard this clicking and scraping noise my husband got and did not see anything, started to drive again then we smelled something burning and the suddenly stopped like he put on brakes. Scared the sh.. Out of me. So the next morning we took it to a mechanic shop and that's when they told us I have bad news for you and this going to cost you about $3,000. So he recommend us to another mechanic that he knows and they are working on it today. So he's charging us about $1,000.00 for the job, we could not take it to ford due to no extra protection warranty.
