Ford Customer Service is the worst I have dealt with, of course others never answered their phones or returned messages. They are incompetent and rude. The Eastern Regional Manager, Joe Rice, is one of the worst people I have dealt with. I will say, however, that he actually called me back which is rare for their customer service people.
I would avoid a Ford at all costs and stick with a reliable company such as Saturn or Toyota
