The contact owns 2019 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, she became aware that a part was dragging in the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who diagnosed that the rear driver's side brake pads and rotors were significantly worn compared to the rear passenger's side brake pads and rotors. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 20,863.
