The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who informed the contact that the failure was due to a cracked fuel line. The contact stated that the failure was related to Customer Satisfaction Program: 21N12. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
