Ford is not making their cars reliable anymore. My 2018 Ford Escape has been recalled three times in there years and has also been in for a computer related problem. This is unacceptable. The first recall is a powertrain module in 2020. The second and third recall were noted in separate complaints on this site as requested.
The lemon laws need to be strengthened and enforced strictly, the automobile companies are getting away with it they know exactly what to do to avoid paying and accepting responsibility for automobile failures. This Ford Escape was recalled three times in three years and there’s nothing that could be done to hold them responsible. The problem is the lemon laws only covers a vehicle for two years or 18,000 miles that’s it nothing more this must be changed the length and the time holding automobile manufacturers responsible.
I purchased this 2018 Ford Escape Brand New, hoping for no problems for at least five years and have had nothing but problems since the day of purchase.
