I love my Ford Escape Titanium but when the sunroof started leaking and leaving rust behind on the interior, I was not happy. You would think this would possible be a factory defect but no way to tell and no one to call about it. Unfortunately, I had to pay to have it fixed, obviously, I couldn't leave it leaking. Wish Ford would have helped with the bill.
