Neither Costco nor Firestone could take out the lug nuts to install new tires. I took the vehicle to the dealership to remove the old lug nuts and get new ones. Ford customer service informed that the lug nuts had been upgraded. I will find out this weekend if that was indeed the case when I take the car back to get new tires installed. I am not a lug nut expert, but the tire installers should know better that I.
