Some 2017-2018 Escape and MKC vehicles equipped with 2.0L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) engine built on or before 18-Sep-2017 may exhibit a MIL illuminated with DTC P04DB (crankcase ventilation system disconnected) in powertrain control module(PCM) memory. Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
