Seems that FORD has not fixed the restraint control module issue that occurred in the 2014 Escapes. Same symptoms. Air bag and stability control light on. No hill stop assistant and the auto start stop is not working. Dealer reports short circuit in RCM. Called and complaint to FORD but it's like talking to a wall. I know I am out of warranty but dang, this is a safety component.
