On several occasions while driving, the vehicle has gone into "Low Power Mode" which I refer to as Limp Mode. It restricts the engine output and will not allow the vehicle to rev higher than 1500ish RPMs. The vehicle entered this mode while I was traveling roughly 70mph on an interstate and rapidly decelerated me to 15mph while I was traveling in the fast lane.
This was not only terrifying, but also potentially life threatening! Dealer reprogrammed the TCM, but vehicle has gone into Low Power Mode several times since then as well. If the vehicle is restarted, it will typically come out of it, but it should not enter this mode without a critical failure to begin with.
