The app will not communicate with my car. I keep getting messages in the app that it failed to communicate with the vehicle. I performed master reset, reinstalled the app and updated the software with no luck. Ford will not help even if they have bulletin on the matter and the car is under warranty, They want me to pay to have it diagnosed and pretend the problem doesn't exist.
