July 2022, I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape in good condition.
During unrelenting rain storms the week of December 11, 2022, the Sunroof began leaking and has damaged the upholstery because there is an issue with the sunroof and how much water pressure it can withstand. This has been an issue as other owners of this make and model have had as well.
I am disappointed because even if the repair is made, the problem could persist and essentially destroy the entire inside of the car and electronics. Ford dealership claims they cannot fix upholstery issues.
To resolve the problem, I am asking for a refund or return of the vehicle.
