My 2015 Ford Escape experienced sudden unintended acceleration when I was slowing down to stop. As I was pulling into a parking spot and had come to almost a complete stop, the car suddenly lunged forward, broke through a barrier and fell 15 feet to the parking level below. It landed upside down and was damaged beyond repair. I had soft tissue injuries to both legs but had no broken bones or nerve injuries.
