I was involved in an accident. A woman rear ended my family and I while we were stopped on a 2 way HWY waiting for a vehicle in front of us to turn. She was going about 60MPH and we were stopped. My seat (Passenger Seat) Broke backwards breaking the headrest and allowing me to slide under my seat belt and hit the dash. My wife's seat (Driver) also broke. Upon inspection after the crash we noticed lots of broken plastic and pieces under the driver seat. At this point we noticed the seat was positioned In the farthest back position. I will now require a knee surgery from hitting the dash and luckily everyone else wasn't severely injured.
Was stopped at a red light, when I was rear ended by a car ,my son and I were in the front seats. We were wearing our seat belts. We flew forward and then flew backward and our seats broke . The passenger seat was laying completely flat. He was diagnosed with concussion and whiplash. I was driving and my seat flew back and hit my wife who was sitting behind me. I was diagnosed with a broken fibia of my right leg and clinical fractures of my left ribs. My wife , sitting behind me, wearing her seatbelt. She was diagnosed with facial abrasions and clinical left rib fractures. All of us were transported by ambulance, had numerous testing done and spent overnight and half the next day..Can anyone help me file a law suit against Ford Motor Company?
