I paid $42000 for this car. You expect things to work. The touch screen has always been hard to touch and it takes several times of pushing. When I accept a phone call, after talking and hanging up the radio is froze. You can't do navigation or volume on radio or make another phone call or change radio channels. I have to stop the car, turn it off and then will reset it. Some times it takes several times doing this. I'm in sales and feel this is very unsafe if I can't use my phone. I can't afford to purchase a new car. I like the car but want the MyFord Touch to work. I paid extra $2500 for this option. It should be replaced with something that works correctly. Shame on you Ford.
