There are many recalls on my car and Ford wants me to pay for them to diagnose the problem.

supposed to be covered by warranty ford says no, even though the warranty book says yes. Refused to cover it and closed my case without telling me, I sat there waiting for them to contact me and let me know what was happening with my case I finally after 2 months called them and that's when they told me my case was closed.
