I currently have just over 40,000 miles on my vehicle. I am not rough on my cars I take care of them. The passenger side of the rear hatch window lift just popped off one day while I was driving down the road and to tell the truth it scared the crap out of me. I had a 2003 Escape and it had rear hatch actuator problems also but this 2011 one stopped working all together and of course both problems started right after the damn warranty expired.
