Liftgate latch common problem that Ford does not wish to fix, nor even pay for part/share cost. The fact that there is NO KEY HOLE makes it even worse. Ford says that they "not aware"....wow....all over the Web. Same with hinges on liftgate glass -- just look around to see how many "leaking".....parts cost $100, but as with all dealers, rediculous labour costs. Disappointed with Ford lack of customer service - NO MORE FORDS FOR ME......imports seem to respond a lot better.
