Two days I drove my brand new car off the lot it rained and I noticed water drips inside my back window. I took it in and they said I had pine needles in the seal and I shouldn't park it under the trees. Hmmm... Then a few months later same issue. Took it in and they tested it, yes you do have a leak and we're gonna replace the back seal. Fine for a few months , same problem took it in again . Oh we have a better seal, replaced same problem . Now there is rust alll along the edge of the hatch , which they fixed, under warranty. I do not want to see the state of the inside of the hatch!!! The problem still exists and I have even called Ford canda to complain. Whoopee. All talk nothing happened. I will never buy a Ford again, from their shotty cheap vehicle, to their incompetent service department. Which by the way never washed or vacuued my vehicle when I took it in for servicing. Boo hiss.., Ford found on road dead!!!
