Most of the time, I will be driving when all of a sudden all the warning lights and most other lights in the instrument cluster will come on and at the same time, my AC stops working. It is intermittent. Goes on and off, then on again and then off again. When the lights are out, everything works just fine. When the warning lights are on, speedometer and tach do not work, thank God the fuel gauge still works.
I took it into a Ford dealer here and they told me the problem does not occur while they have it. They reset it and it never occurred. I got it back and less than 2 weeks later, it was doing it all again. And now, it does it almost every time I get in the vehicle.
If Ford can't fix it or figure out whats wrong, who can?? My regular mechanic won't even try to look at it because it is a "Ford fix" only. Wow, really. So now what??
