transmission shifts rough when cold

Sick of dealing with Ford customer service, buy Toyota next time

This was the first Ford that I have ever had. I had it in for many problems , not sure if I would ever buy another one

The engine has to rev so high before it shifts! This is very annoying! Dealer tried flashing it, but still acts the same.

This was just the first time the transmission was rebuilt, was also done in sept of 2010, and is starting to have problems again. Ford is making me go through the can vap program to have the car declared a lemon.

When accelerating such as entering the freeway, the transmission would slip and then very roughly shift. And when coasting to a stop when you began to accelerate, it would hesitate and shift roughly. The dealer has tried to smooth it out, but has not been successful. This is our 4th time to complain.
