Both sway bar link pins had to be replaced, one had been replaced 10 months ago and broke again so the garage fixed it for free and when i went in complaining about the noise, they both needed to be replaced. At 80,000 this is ridiculous.

After my bearing was replaced this is the new problem I've been having for 6 months and I've had it into the shop 12 times for just this problem. They can't seem to fix it, just say they will tweak it! Nothing is ever fixed!!!!!!!!

Escape XLS 2.3L Duratec

  • Automatic transmission
  • 249 miles

We were all excited to ride our new vehicle and the Escape gave us what we expected (Ride comfort, roomy and easy handling for an SUV), until such time where our Escape reached 400 km, it started to become bumpy. I don't know what seems to be the problem and I got one big question to you guys, "Is this normal". There is too much noise and vibration even at low speed. What seems to be the problem? Tires? Shocks? Bearings? Cause I right now I'm feeling guilty cause I'm the one who suggested to my parents to buy this vehicle. One thing I learned, "Looks can be deceiving".
