I was hit on the passenger side by a NISSAN (ARMADA) SPORTS UTILITY moving at high speed. My drivers side air did not deploy. My driving history is unscathed. My car was in the shop for eight weeks. n the police report I was charged with the accident. I reported my unjust treatment to my insurance company. I was told by the agent that if I fought it I could be sued by the other driver.
