Have had Dealership deal with problem-other garages -private mechanics- and in last three or so years the problem arises once again. Have replaced Sun Roof, blown out the air drain that sticks out of firewall and now have seen on the internet that there are additional areas that clog up underneath and that with a small blast of air will fix the problem. The problem is where are these so mentioned areas at so one can blow a burst of air in and have the condensation water exit where it should and not on the floor. There are many different cars and trucks (Ford mostly) that have put on forums this same problem. Help us all , please! Bud

About a year ago -about April 21,2010 had same problem that Dealership at first could not find-On my invoice of dealership -Customer quote "Passenger side Floor Soaked,verified customer concern-Found TSB 091206 Replace W 0 Blend Doors-Perform Recall 09B10C 09B10 -Claim Type 09B10. Further stated on invoice that,verified Floor Wet, But could not find the leak or cause, possible extreme Temp Difference that caused excessive condensation--Advise Customer to Drive *

We recall that some time after this above service Invoice, the floor dried and also would see the condensation on ground at front of fire wall area (where we understand the A/C condensation drain -near the Fire Wall, Passenger Side--From another Ford Dealership. We hope that it can be the reason -and get it unclogged without getting inside of the fire wall-or pulling the dash apart as did a year ago. Note that the wetness ceased that time; but never were sure why. Maybe during repairs jarred the lines-reconnected -or whatever; the Dealership that done work has no idea how stopped wet floor either, as we checked with them yesterday. Only know that the problem ceased-so now same problem returned-have to solve another mystery. If any one has similar experience please let us know.
