The transmission stutters between 15-40 mph.
For the first 65,000 miles, this car was great. But then I started noticing some stuttering at around 30mph. The stuttering got worse and worse until it became annoying and concerning. Other family members that drive the Edge also noted it being a problem. Ford does have a TSB about the problem on the 2.0 ecoboost which performs a reprogram/reset for the PCM and Transmission solenoid strategy. It fixed the problem for a week or so and now the problem is back and much worse. The car doesn't even have 100,000 miles and the transmission is already stuttering and shaking. Ford needs to fix the problem properly or take the cars back.
