The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the vehicle was aligned, but the failure continued. The vehicle was taken to another dealer and the contact was informed that the shocks needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 37,000.
