The car has difficulty engaging in reverse. Most noticeable when the engine is colder. Seems to not occur as often after an hour or more of travel.
Update from Jan 26, 2023 Ford dealer gave a software update and performed a factory recall, neither solved the issue. Transmission experts know of those problem with this model. The issue has not gotten worse in 4 years and is only a real problem when parked pointing downhill and you have to back out from a cold start. I actually love the car otherwise.
