I paid to repair a cracked flex plate in December 2020. Close to $1800 for repairs plus a two week rental that I paid for. Here it is, in July 2021, and the car is in the shop again for once again a cracked flex plate for over two weeks now and I’ve paid $490 for another rental. Ford will not recall this issue, but it’s a known recurring issue.
When will it end? I cannot afford to keep paying for repairs and rental vehicles every 6 to 7 months. This is getting ridiculous!!
