When I brought the car to the dealer for service, I had them check my built in GPS. The dealer Hertrich Ford said they checked the GPS and later in the year 2018 the GPS will update and it will then know my address. Well its a year later, my GPS still can't take me home. Now when I called the dealer with the complaint, they now tell me I may have to pay for new software, again more lip service and money in their pocket. Buy American. On a $34000 American Ford built car, don't you think this can't happen, well it is ! All bullshit no action. Dealer tells me Ford does not make the software. You know where it's going from here. I wind up using my Apple phone for directions to get home. Thank you Ford !
