My 2017 Ford Edge jerks at low speeds when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear or 2nd to 1st gear. I have taken it to the dealership. They unplugged the battery to reset the car. I read online that the learning tables must be cleared through the diagnostic tool. The dealership disagreed. The car still jerks. It is a hard jerk. I also feel a "pull" when driving the car. It's a shame because I used to love Fords. After having this car, I'm not sure I will ever buy a Ford again.
