It rained, and the hatch opened as I was driving. I had to pull over in the rain and close the hatch.

Update from Feb 29, 2020: Error in mileage when reported. Should read 17,700.

I took it to the dealer who informed me that they were unaware of problems of that nature but they could perform a diagnostic at my expense. How do you prove such an event? When it rains, the rear hatch is going to open at some point. I have not called Ford Motors, but I guess I should.

Update from Feb 29, 2020: Error in mileage when reported. Should read 15,000.

Dealer wants me to call when the issue occurs so they can perhaps come over to see if there is some interference somewhere. This only happens in the rain and I could be anywhere. Really frustrating.
