Bought this car brand new end of December 2017 (2 yrs, 9mo). Today was the 3rd instance of having a drained battery. The worst part is this is our only transportation! There is definitely something wrong where the cars's electrical system is draining the battery. 1st my rear wiper stopped working and the dealer wanted 400.00 to replace it and now the battery is constantly dying.
I called Ford C/S, ya that was absolutely no help. Just "take it to the dealer", the 400.00 motor replacement dealer, AND how am I supposed to take a dead car to the dealer?? Fixing my own problem, I bought a lithium charger.
