At around 8K miles, I started to hear a vibrating noise coming from under the passenger side front seat. I brought the car into Browns Ford Johnstown, NY and they confirmed the noise. They ordered new hardware and once it came in they installed it. Within a day the noise was back. Returned to dealership and this time they reordered new air pans for drivers side and passenger side. Noise was still there. I was told there was no fix for this issue and because it's not a safety hazard it doesn't trigger our NYS Lemon Law. I now have 32K miles and the noise is being heard from the front of the car all the ways to the rear.
Spoke with dealer and they say there is still no know repair for this issue.
