Seems ironic, as I was highly recommended to get extra protection plan for a windshield by Ford dealer/sales when purchasing, that they have had many of these problems come up. I shrugged it off thinking it was driving habits and didn't want to incur extra expenses as expected quality build "Ford Tough"... and within the first 300 miles I was driving during mid afternoon on highway and, behold, a small pebble/rock had bounced off ground and hit windshield putting a crack into it. Within last 30k miles, have been driving cautiously avoiding landscape or construction vehicles but have incurred 2 more cracks.
You would think and expect quality and durability when the cost of vehicles increases to paying with a kidney and lung.
