The Infotainment screen was continually blinking on and off. Took it to Oracle Ford to determine problem and repair. They said the computer diagnostic showed an electronics module was bad and it would cost $1473.00 to replace. I said go ahead and replace the bad part because the vehicle is pretty much worthless without the Infotainment System functioning. The service department said they would have the new module installed in two days. After four days and no word from the dealer I called them and was told the new module was installed but now the entire Infotainment System is completely not functioning. They said Ford engineering is working on the problem and will contact the dealer with a fix for the problem. That was over four weeks ago and still no solution to the problem. I call the dealer every few days to get an update and still no answers from Ford corporate engineering. So the vehicle has sat at the dealer for nearly five weeks now and it is pretty much worthless without the Infotainment System working. I'm very frustrated and not sure what to do now. I was ready to order a new Lincoln Nautilus until this problem came up. Now I will NEVER buy another Ford product.
